RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BILLINGS SPECIALIST:

• The Billing Specialist will ensure billing schedules and set up in accordance with orders and contracts.  
• The Billing Specialist will communicate promptly with customer regarding billing inquiries.    
• Analyze financial complex invoices to ensure parts are going to proper locations.  
• Send invoices to customers using various methods.  
• Ensure accordance of billing document including freight and sales tax.
• Using excel and QuickBooks daily.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE BILLINGS SPECIALSIT:n

• 3+ years billing experience
• Attention to detail
• Strong excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
