We’re currently seeking a Billing & Credentialing Specialist who brings both expertise and a cheerful, can-do attitude to our Largo office.

What You’ll Do

As our Billing & Credentialing Specialist, you’ll keep our office running smoothly by:

• Managing billing and posting payments with accuracy and timeliness


• Creating and sending invoices for copays/coinsurance


• Contacting insurance companies to resolve claims and support credentialing


• Maintaining spreadsheets and records (Excel proficiency is a must!)


• Supporting the Office Manager/Administrator with projects and tasks


• Ensuring HIPAA compliance and maintaining strict confidentiality

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s not only qualified but who also brings a positive, team-focused energy to the office.

✔ High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
✔ At least 2 years of experience in medical billing & collections
✔ Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with a smile
✔ Professional phone and email etiquette
✔ A fast learner who thrives with guidance from leadership
✔ Reliable and consistent team player

✨ Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish (not required but highly valued!)
