Creating and sending out bills to clients

Cash receipts

Assisting with case openings

Management of client funds

Collections

Background of the Billing/Collections Specialist:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or experience equivalent

1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing related field (e.g. banking)
