Your Impact

As a member of our Bill's Bait Shop team you are integral to our customer experience. You work collaboratively with your team and with a sense of urgency. Regardless of your role you care about the customer experience and know quality food, drink and service are key to our success.

Responsibilities

• Effective communication with the Bill's Bait Shop team


• Serve food and drink within promised ticket times


• Uphold Bill's Bait Shop food and beverage consistency and quality


• Engage with coworkers and guests


• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant


• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly


• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic


• Work on your feet for several hours at a time


• Adhere to our rules and dress code at all times


• Other duties as assigned
