BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator with Revit experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the coordination of electrical system models, produce construction drawings, and work closely with project managers, estimators, and field teams to ensure successful project execution. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate electrical system models using Revit and AutoCAD


• Produce construction documents, shop drawings, and as-built drawings


• Prepare electrical, fire alarm, and lighting plans, diagrams, and schedules


• Assist with clash detection and trade coordination


• Update drawings and models as project requirements evolve


• Attend coordination meetings (onsite and virtual as needed)


• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field teams to support project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 1–3 years of relevant experience


• Proficiency in REVIT (AutoCAD experience preferred)


• Familiarity working within central Revit models a plus


• Electrical or construction industry exposure preferred


• Bluebeam experience a plus


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
