The Opportunity
Branco Enterprises is expanding its use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) technologies to improve project coordination, constructability, and project delivery. This individual-contributor position provides technical leadership through expertise and influence.

Improve coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Reduce field conflicts through model coordination and constructability reviews.
Help project teams identify issues before construction begins.
Encourage thoughtful adoption of BIM/VDC technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead BIM/VDC coordination using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and related tools.
Support project managers, superintendents, architects, engineers and trade partners.
Perform clash detection, constructability reviews and model coordination.
Promote BIM/VDC best practices across projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, architectural engineering, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of relevant education, technical training, certifications, and experience will be considered.
5 or more years of progressively responsible BIM/VDC, design coordination, construction technology, or closely related AEC experience preferred.
Commercial construction experience, including coordination among architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines, strongly preferred.
Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks required; experience with AutoCAD and other Autodesk AEC Collection applications preferred.
Experience with clash detection, model federation, issue tracking, coordination documentation, and model-based construction workflows.
Working knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, constructability, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP plans and specifications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
