Bindery Folder Operator 1

To strengthen our motivated Bindery Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN we are looking for a highly competent Bindery Folder Operator.

Your Role

•   You will know how to efficiently operate a folding machine.

•   You will monitor each run to ensure products meet clients' specifications.

•   You will correct and replace any non-standard work while monitoring scrap/waste.

•   You will package product to clients' specifications.

•   You can perform line clearance requirements between production runs.

•   You are able to troubleshoot machine operation according to procedure.

Your Profile

•   You have the ability to read and understand written English.

•   You have already obtained a High School Diploma or GED.

•   You possess a strong technical understanding of manufacturing and machiner.

•   You can perform basic mathematical operations, including decimal and fraction conversions.
