Bindery Supervisor

Join Millennium Print Group as a Bindery Supervisor!
We are seeking an experienced Bindery/Finishing Supervisor to lead daily production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures quality, productivity, and safety standards are consistently achieved while supporting continuous improvement within the finishing department.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Onsite Shift
Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + full benefits package
What You’ll Do
Lead bindery and finishing production operations
Supervise machine setup and ensure alignment with job specifications
Monitor production quality and verify documentation accuracy
Coordinate workflow according to production schedules
Generate production reports and maintain records
Coach and support operators to maintain performance standards
Promote safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
What You’ll Bring
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
Manufacturing industry experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to apply basic math and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
