Bindery Support I - 2nd Shift

With locations in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota, Forum Communications Printing addresses commercial printing and mailing needs with our high-quality print and mail solutions. Services include magazine, catalog, book, and tradeshow printing, brochures, direct mailers, postcards, variable data printing, statements, glossy inserts, annual reports, fulfillment, first class mail pick-up, and print & digital publications. Job Summary

Performs a variety of hand and machine operations to cut, trim, sort, assemble, fold and bind printed materials in a printing plant. This is a full time position, Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Essential Functions

• Assist with operations of binding equipment to include feeding, monitoring and packaging.
• Handle printed materials of various types and quantities.
• Operate various bindery equipment.
• Proof for quality control issues.
• Properly stage materials before, during and after operations.
• General maintenance and housekeeping of equipment and work area.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical ability required.
• Attention to detail required.
• Experience with bindery equipment to include folder, cutter and auxiliary equipment is a plus.

Expected compensation for this role is between $18 and $20/hour, based on qualifications and experience.
