Bindery Operations Technician

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Your Role

As a maintenance technician in the Bindery Department, your responsibilities will include:

• Being able and willing to understand and effectively evaluate work using inspection criteria.
• Being able and willing to work along side another Inspector to keep machine running.
• Being able and willing to read and understand job ticket and instructions.

• Being able and willing to troubleshoot throughout production run and correct problems.
• Be able and willing to train and guide all personnel in the Bindery Department.

Operator Technician I – Being able and willing to complete set-up of any one of the following Bindery equipment: Herzog, RAO, Upright, MV, Multi-Pack, Booklet, Small and MBO.

Operator Technician II – Being able and willing to do a complete set-up and effectively troubleshoot any two of the following Bindery equipment: Herzog, RAO, Upright, MV, Multi-Pack, Booklet, Small and MBO

Operator Technician III – Being able and willing to complete set-up and effectively troubleshoot all of the Bindery equipment

Your Profile

1. You have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent
2. You have excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills
3. Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions
4. You are able to work under pressure and are flexible 
5. Familiarity with pharmaceutical printing or packaging industry desired.
