Bingo Attendant

Description:

This is a customer service oriented position for an upscale gaming facility. Bingo attendants are expected to deliver great customer service and create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our guests. This position has no supervisory responsibilities and will be the bingo facilitators, calling bingo balls and verifying bingo wins or losses.  We are open weekends and holidays and if scheduled for one of these days they are mandatory work days.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Must be 19 years of age
  


• Subject to drug screen within 90 days of employment


• Conflict resolution skills


• Availability to work all shifts including nights and weekends
  


• Basic computer skills
  


• Excellent customer service skills
  


• Ability to pass background check

 Prefer:

 Knowledge of computers and computer program operation

 Primary Responsibilities    

• Provide an atmosphere where customers have a comfortable and pleasant experience and feel their questions can be answered and needs addressed
  


• Must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos


• Must effectively present information in a one-on-one and small group situations to customers
  


• Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions and ability to deal with standardized situations


• Must be able to work in low light
  


• Call bingo balls clearly


• Light cleaning duties of bingo area


• Must have the ability to hear and communicate effectively in a noisy environment


• Ensure compliance with all rules, regulations and laws as well as with all Company policies and procedures


• All other duties as assigned
