ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Shall have an acceptable work history and/or exceptional previous work records. Shall have pleasing personality and the ability to interact with the public in a congenial manner. Candidate must be of good integrity, honest and trustworthy. Must be able to work odd hours, which includes weekends, holidays and evenings. Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Must not have been convicted of a felony. Must not have been convicted of shoplifting or stealing within the past 5 years. Must be able to withstand a background check. Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license. Preference given to qualified Menominee or other Native American applicants. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Previous food server experience preferred. Must have high school diploma or the equivalent.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
