Job Summary
Perform data analysis to investigate the correlation between phenotype and genotype; construct knowledge graphs to identify potential pathways and drug targets using large language models; analyze single-nuclei RNA sequencing and Sanger sequencing data to explore heterogeneities in beta cells in aging-related type 2 diabetes; develop SNP-based pipelines for demultiplexing snRNA-Seq using natural DNA sequence variants; develop software applications to meet project needs; work with researchers to analyze problems and develop new solutions; use Python, Bash Script, R, Variant Caller, and Demultiplexing.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science or Bioinformatics plus 6 months of experience in job offered or as a Bioinformatician.

Salary: $112,258-$120,000 per year
