Biotech Support Scientist

Novogene Corporation Inc. seeks Biotech Support Scientist in Durham, NC to perform research & testing of NGS (Next Gen Sequencing) servs for genomic servs clients, including experimental design, RNA sequencing quality control, customer servicing, & biotech servs project management.

Reqmnts: Master’s in biochem, or closely ratd life sci field, & 2 yrs exp in genomics research, include high-throughput RNA sequenc library preparation & analysis, CHIP & ATAC sequenc, subcellular fractionation & subsequent qRT-PCR & Western blotting, primary hippocampal & HEK293T sterile cell culture techs, adeno-associated virus plasmid cloning & product, intracerebroventricular injection of AAVs, prog langs R, Python, Bash, 10X Genomic library types & structs, genetics cloning tools such as plasmid assembly & confirmation by sequenc.
