***This is an Independent Contract (1099) position open to local residents of Boston, MA ***

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Bird Dog to join our Boston team! We will only be looking at people who are highly motivated and eager to make money! A real estate Bird Dog is someone who scouts out potential real estate investment opportunities and passes them along to investors, wholesalers, or real estate professionals; which in this case would be our team. Bird Dogs do not purchase the properties themselves but instead identify leads that fit a buyer's investment criteria which in our case would be below market properties. The Bird Dog would be responsible for speaking with the potential client and getting contact info as well as gauging interest. Once a suitable lead has been found, the Bird Dog would then pass the lead over to the sales team and they would then be compensated if the deal goes through.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to identify distressed properties
• Willing to travel to different areas 
• Communicate with home owner and vet lead
• Collect contact information from home owner so our team can reach out

COMPENSATION

 10k per deal that goes through
