Chara Christian Dance Academy is looking to hire Part-Time dance teachers to serve as teachers for birthday parties and dance camps. The mission of this position is deliver quality, highly entertaining experiences that impacts children and families through the performing arts. Results will be measured by kids smiles and parent cheers!

You will work directly with our Special Programs Coordinator, Ashlynn Dykes, to create a fun experience!

You are the rock star we are looking for if you are creative, happy, responsible, love kids, and want to GROW.

You will be working with our Special Program Coordinator, Customer Care Team, and parents so a confident, joyful, and easy to work with personality is a must as well as the desire to be a team player within a top class local business. 

Qualifications:

Must be 16 years old

Must have some dance experience

Childcare experience a must

Other expectations/skills:

• Positive, friendly, and good humored.


• Mature, wise, poised.


• Fast, efficient and proficient work.


• Positive interaction with children.


• A desire to have fun!

Compensation: Starting at $15 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and ongoing contribution.
