Position Summary

The Bismarck Adult Ministries Admin supports the mission of Evangel Church by coordinating and executing the systems, teams, and environments that help people take their next step at Evangel. This role provides hands-on leadership for Next Steps processes, Sunday Dream Team support, and Heart & Soul coordination for the Bismarck Campus. Responsibilities include administrative organization, weekend support, dream team care, and pastoral systems execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Next Steps Coordination: Manage Connect Cards, print dedication certificates and manage needed supplies. Oversee Sunday Next Steps setup and follow-up


• Baptisms, Child Dedications & Discover: Coordinate and execute, including scheduling, room setup, check-ins, materials and participant experience.


• Prepare and print baptism and child dedication certificates.


• Dream Team Support: Lead weekly execution of the Welcome and Prayer Teams, restock supplies, support Dream Team engagement, communication and role clarity. Ensure spaces are ready for Sunday.


• Sunday Pastoral Support: Assign and communicate pastoral duties for Sundays and ensure teams and environments are implemented for the weekend experience. 


• Heart & Soul Coordination: Manage check-ins and Assist with follow up process.  follow-up.


• Administrative & Ministry Support: Assist adult ministries with workflows, follow-up systems, key events, trainings and required office support.
