Job Description - BisTrack Support Specialist

Job Summary: The BisTrack Support Specialist works closely with branch locations to support the daily use of BisTrack and other operational systems. This role assists with troubleshooting ERP-related issues, resolving user questions, providing training and guidance, and helping ensure consistent operational processes across branches. Additional responsibilities include supporting inventory workflows, auditing operational processes, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.


Pay for this Role: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience. 


Location:  Work primarily out of the closest branch location; travel to other branch locations is required as needed.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for system support requests, troubleshooting, and user questions.

  • Support ERP and operational systems, including BisTrack.

  • Manage and respond to support tickets and emails in a timely manner.

  • Assist branches with operational workflows, inventory processes, and system-related issues.

  • Conduct branch audits to ensure consistent system usage and process compliance.

  • Review dashboards, reports, and workflows to identify operational gaps or discrepancies.

  • Work alongside Branch and Regional Managers to reinforce operational consistency and best practices across locations.

  • Escalate complex or recurring system issues with appropriate documentation and follow-up.

  • Provide user training and reinforce company processes and best practices.

  • Maintain SOPs, training guides, and process documentation.

  • Identify recurring process or training gaps and recommend improvements.

  • Assist with system testing, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and year-end preparation, including occasional travel.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with ERP or operational systems preferred.

  • Understanding of inventory, purchasing, and sales workflows.

  • Comfortable training and supporting users with varying skill levels.

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and process-focused.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to provide professional and timely user support.

  • Ability to analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
