Remote - 5-days travel Mid-West Sales territory
Requirements:
- A four-year degree or education beyond high school preferred
- A minimum of 3 years outside sales experience selling transportation and logistics services for well-established client.
- Candidates must be currently selling Logistic and Transportation services in the Midwest and be willing to travel 5 days each week.
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- A “hunter-like” sales personality - persistent in finding new business and growing existing business
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quota
- Excellent communication skills
- Business savvy
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Biz Development must include Air, Ocean, Express, Project Freight, and Warehousing and other value add logistic services.
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Develop solutions
- Negotiate contracts
- Generate leads and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with teams and report on progress
Base salary plus bonus - and outstanding benefit package.
Candidate must live within 60 miles of a major airport in the Midwest.
