Blended Products Sales Representative - B2B

• $90K-$110K base + bonus (OTE $140K-$150K)

What The Position is About:

• Drive territory growth by creating demand for the company’s blended products while building relationships with contractors, dealers, distributors, architects, specifiers, and other key project decision-makers
• Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
• Perform product demonstrations and training for customers
• Develop Lunch & Learns presentations and train the architectural team to present the material
• Represent and promote the company at trade shows and industry events
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of projects while maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking activity
• Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 3+ years of territory sales experience within the building materials or construction industry
• Experience with cementitious materials and specialty products
