Blender Machine Operator

Parallel Employment Group is actively seeking a Blender Machine Operator to join our team!

The Blender Machine Operator will be responsible for operating blending machinery to produce quality products according to specifications. The ideal candidate will ensure all blending processes are done efficiently while adhering to safety standards and quality assurance protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor blending equipment
• Verify that ingredients are accurately measured and mixed according to recipes
• Maintain quality control by monitoring blending processes
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of blending equipment
• Document production results and report any issues to supervisors

Shift Details:

1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available.

Location: Franklin, WI

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Pay: Starting at $18 - 22 per hour

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience operating blending or packaging machinery is strongly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours may be required
