Blender Operator (Glass Beverage Bottling)

Position Summary:

The Blender Operator is responsible for preparing, mixing, and monitoring beverage blends according to established recipes and company standards. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to food safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow blending recipes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
• Accurately weigh, measure, and add ingredients to mixing tanks.
• Monitor blending equipment and processes to ensure proper operation.
• Perform quality checks and record production data.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Work collaboratively with production and QA teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require focus and consistency.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed.
