Blending Operator

The Blending Operator is responsible for accurately preparing product batches by following approved formulas and batch records. This role ensures proper ingredient handling, equipment operation, and compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and blend product batches according to approved formulas and batch records
• Operate and monitor blending and mixing equipment
• Verify ingredient quantities and document batch information
• Follow SQF, GMP, and safety procedures at all times
• Communicate with QA for batch testing and release

1. Experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment: Prior experience working in a food manufacturing environment, with a clear understanding of its safety and quality standards.
2. Requirements:
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred
3. Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy materials as necessary.
4. Reliability: Dependable, showing a strong commitment to maintaining accurate scaling processes and high-quality output.
