Job Purpose: Keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working the production line as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines.

An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.         

Summary of Essential Job Duties:            

• Assembling blinds, products and parts.              
• Following health and safety standards.              
• Following production guidelines and specifications.              
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met.              
• Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.              
• Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products.              
• Working on the production line and meeting production targets.              
• Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.              
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

• Able to work as part of a team.

• Able to stand for long hours at a time.              
• Physically able to lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.                        

Required Education and Experience:             

• High school diploma/GED.              
• Prior experience in a production setting preferred.              
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
