Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to elderly or disabled individuals in their daily activities, promoting their independence and well-being. This role requires empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
- Monitor and report changes in client health status.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a caregiver or similar role.
- Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
- Physical stamina and emotional resilience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in caregiving is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable).
