Job Description - Blow Mold Tech

Job description

- Set up and operate blow molding machines to produce high-quality plastic bottles

- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and product quality

- Perform regular maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns

- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary adjustments

- Set up blow mold and PM the mold as request

- Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools

- Supervise and train blow mold operators

Requirements

- Prior experience in plastics blow molding and injection blow molding

- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers accurately

- Strong understanding of materials handling and Blow Molders

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
