Blowout Artist

Specific Job Functions:

• Consult clients to determine desired hairstyle and recommend appropriate blowout techniques and products.


• Perform professional blowouts, using brushes, blow dryers, and styling tools to achieve a variety of looks.


• Maintain the safety of all guests and staff by providing a clean and sanitary work environment, including sanitizing, disinfecting, and sweeping as necessary.


• Dispose of soiled linens towels as needed.


• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and provide guests with current information involving the latest techniques and procedures.


• Stock work stations and inform management of necessary inventory needing replacement.


• Provide excellent customer service by completing services promptly in the time allotted while maintaining professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees.


• Check equipment for damage or in need of repair.


• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.

Qualifacations 

• Current Cosmetologist license, as issued by the State Board of Cosmetology.


• Current health card as issued by the Clark County Health District.


• At least one year of experience as a hairstylist required.


• Previous customer service experience necessary.


• Must have flexible schedule.


• Excellent communication skills a must.


• Communicate is English both verbally and written.


• Bilingual preferred.


• Basic knowledge of spa software preferred.


• Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.
