We're looking for an energetic, reliable, and fast-paced individual to provide top-notch service as a BMW Red Star Driver in our service department. This role offers the opportunity to interact with customers, assist with vehicle transport, and ensure seamless service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon arrival and ensure a welcoming experience


• Safely drive customer and loan vehicles within the service lot


• Respond promptly to cashier requests for vehicle retrieval


• Provide shuttle services for customers when needed


• Assist with errands and deliveries for the service department


• Maintain accurate records of trips, customer pick-ups, and drop-offs


• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of shuttle vehicles


• Follow all company safety policies and report any accidents immediately


• Work effectively in various weather conditions

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Ability to drive both automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles


• Strong team player with excellent communication skills


• Professional appearance and positive attitude


• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions


• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
