What You’ll Do:

  Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

  Upsell maintenance and repair services in line with manufacturer recommendations.

  Maintain strong relationships with repeat and new clients, ensuring complete satisfaction.

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

  Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (BMW or luxury brand preferred).

  Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  A team player with a professional demeanor and passion for customer satisfaction.

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
