Responsibilities:

• Receive payments by cash, check, credit card, debit cards, or gift cards.


• Efficiently operate computer system to process payments.


• Maintain correct balances on all transactions.


• Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.


• Manage cash sales clearing and ensure timely resolution on outstanding debits and credits.


• Manage Parts cash sales clearing and credit card receipts.


• Manage cash drawer, counting to ensure that proper drawer amount is maintained.


• Schedule and coordinate all loaners valets with customers ensuring that communication happens in a timely manner.


• Follow up on payment of finished vehicle and communicate with service manager any vehicles that have not been picked up for more than a week after completion.


• Ensure that all customer hard copies have signatures.


• Make sure that all KPI’s for email capture rate are met.


• Performs other related duties as assigned.
