The Arc Western Montana is seeking a full-time Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide high-quality behavioral services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll assist in creating and implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, while actively contributing to assessments, program development, and staff training.

Competitive Pay & Benefits

  • Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience
  • Includes billable hour documentation and caseload structure per state regulations
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Up to 3 weeks for full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting behavioral assessments and functional analyses under BCBA supervision
  • Support the design, implementation, and modification of behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to assess the effectiveness of interventions
  • Educate staff and caregivers on the proper implementation of behavior intervention procedures
  • Assist in developing individualized behavior support plans and goals based on functional assessment data
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address client needs and ensure the success of behavioral programs
  • Maintain and document billable hours according to state regulations

Employment Type
Full-time: 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Active BCaBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Licensed to practice as a BCaBA in the State of Montana
  • 8-hour supervision training from an ACE provider
  • Minimum one year of experience in behavioral program design and implementation under BCBA supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency with behavioral data software and electronic record keeping
  • Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record preferred
  • Must pass background check and meet all state-mandated requirements
