Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You will play a key role in helping individuals with developmental, behavioral, and learning challenges achieve meaningful progress in their lives.

Qualifications:

• Required:
  
  
  
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology plus 8 specific courses outlined by the Board (BACB) OR Bachelor of Psychology in ABA 
  
  
  • 1500 hours of supervision with clients
  
  
  • BACB exam pass
  
  
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
