Envision Unlimited is a large non-profit agency committed to providing services for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. Our programs include, but are not limited to, ABA Therapy for Children, Community Day Program, Community Living, Mental Health, Employment and Career Services, and Foster Care. 

Purpose:

To provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients. 

Essential Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Develop Individual Behavioral Support Plans (BSP).
• Train agency staff members on how to implement BSP and data collection procedures, using evidence based on training procedures.
• Facilitate on-going data collection and data analysis.
• Complete on-going behavioral observation and functional interviews across environments and caregivers.
• Responsible for timely of reports and clinical documentation.
• Ability to work flexible schedules to include some nights and weekends as needed for training and observation.
• Participate in Behavioral Management and Human Rights Committee Meetings.
• Participate in annual person-centered planning meetings.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. 
• Have the knowledge of database and spreadsheet programs. BCBA must have a minimum of 1-year experience with working with Adults with Intellectual Disabilities. 
• BCBABA is required to have a minimum of 2-years experience working with Adults with intellectual Disabilities. 
• Valid Driver License with the ability to drive to multiple sites.
