Board Certified Behavior Analyst

BCBA – Full-Time in Albany, CA

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Job Summary
We are looking for a BCBA to lead the development and implementation of ABA treatment plans within a clinic-based setting. This full-time position is focused on client progress, technician oversight, and maintaining high clinical standards during daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments (FBA, BIP) and document findings
• Develop individualized, data-driven ABA plans
• Supervise and provide feedback to RBTs
• Track client outcomes and make ongoing treatment adjustments
• Partner with families and external professionals
• Maintain clinical records in accordance with standards

• Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Prior experience in clinical supervision and ABA treatment development
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
