Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Annual Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

Job Summary
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Alameda, CA to provide clinical oversight and direct supervision in a center-based ABA program. The role centers around assessment, treatment development, and technician support to ensure evidence-based behavioral outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA-based behavior plans
• Conduct FBAs and BIPs with appropriate documentation
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff
• Analyze client data and adjust plans to meet clinical benchmarks
• Engage with families to ensure treatment consistency
• Maintain compliance with ethical and clinical guidelines

• Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Prior experience in clinical supervision and ABA treatment development
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
