Board Certified Behavior Analyst

BCBA | Piedmont, CA

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Annual Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000

Job Summary
We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead clinical operations in a full-time, center-based setting. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized programs, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality ABA services are delivered consistently.

Essential Duties

• Complete FBAs, develop behavior plans, and oversee implementation
• Supervise, train, and evaluate behavior technicians
• Review data to determine treatment effectiveness
• Coordinate care with family members and outside providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support team adherence to professional and clinical standards

• Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Prior experience in clinical supervision and ABA treatment development
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
