The programs team provides direct services to clients across a variety of programs. The programs include Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Social Skills Groups, Daily Living Skills Groups, and Vocational Groups.

Job Description
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a professional who practices under the close, ongoing clinical supervision of the Programs Manager. The BCBA provides individual and group clinical assessment, family training and support programming, and treatment for individuals ages up to twenty-four years who have, or who may be at risk for: neurodevelopmental delays and disabilities and social/emotional/behavioral disorders. BCBAs will also be responsible for the clinical supervision and oversight of RBTs/Interventionists as well as supervision of Fieldwork Experience Candidates.
