Sunflower Development Center is growing, and we are looking for a passionate, high-quality BCBA to join our team. This is an in-person position providing a combination of clinic-based and home-based services, with opportunities to collaborate, lead, and make a meaningful impact on children and families.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTs)

• Deliver parent training and support caregivers in meaningful, realistic ways

• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team through case discussions and clinical roundtables

• Ensure services meet medical necessity and payer requirements

• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming accordingly

  Requirements

• Current BCBA certification 

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Massachusetts

• Experience working with children

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to write high-quality treatment plans

• Comfortable supervising staff and providing feedback
