Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the need for behavioral interventions
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior analysis and treatment programs
• Supervise and support staff in the effective implementation of behavior intervention plans
• Design behavioral systems and provide performance management and training to team members
• Lead parent meetings and provide caregiver training to ensure consistency between home and clinic environments
• Establish measurable treatment goals and complete detailed documentation to meet clinical and insurance requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals involved in each client's care
• Stay current with the latest research, trends, and best practices.

Required

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) (1+ years)
• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the state of Michigan (MI)
