The Arc Western Montana is looking for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality behavioral services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you’ll lead assessments, design individualized behavior plans, and train and supervise staff across home, community, and center-based settings. Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience
Includes billable hour documentation and caseload structure per state regulations

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses
Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
Train and supervise staff, including BCaBAs, RBTs, and behavior analyst candidates, to ensure ethical and effective service delivery
Collect and analyze behavioral data to assess the effectiveness of interventions
Develop measurable goals and objectives that align with individual needs and functional assessment outcomes
Provide consultation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including support staff, families, and medical providers
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and the Administrative Rules of Montana governing behavior support
Employment Type Full-time: 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday

Requirements
Graduate-level degree in behavior analysis or related field
Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Licensed to practice as a BCBA in the State of Montana
8-hour supervision training from an ACE provider
At least one year of experience in behavioral program design and implementation
Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis management skills
Proficiency with behavioral data software and electronic record keeping
Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record preferred
Must pass background check and meet all state-mandated requirements
