Location: Alameda, CA
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM
Pay: $100K–$120K/year depending on experience

Job Summary
We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a structured, in-office role. This is a strong fit for someone who prefers consistent daytime hours and a supportive clinical team focused on client progress and staff growth.

Key Duties

• Develop and implement effective ABA treatment plans
• Perform behavioral assessments and adjust plans based on data
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs
• Maintain open communication with clients and families
• Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation

• BCBA certification (active and in good standing)
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
• Experience developing behavior plans and leading teams
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Must be available on-site during weekday hours
