Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000/year

Job Summary
Now hiring an experienced BCBA to join a fast-paced, collaborative behavioral health team in Berkeley, CA. This in-office position supports ABA program development and implementation for a diverse client base. Enjoy consistent hours, a clinical focus, and leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and design treatment plans
  • Oversee behavior technician performance and provide feedback
  • Track client data and progress metrics
  • Engage families and caregivers in goal development
  • Adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines
  • BCBA certification (active and in good standing)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
  • Experience developing behavior plans and leading teams
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Must be available on-site during weekday hours
  • Competitive salary range: $100K–$120K
  • No evening or weekend hours
