Hours: 9AM–5PM, Monday–Friday
Annual Salary: $100K to $120K based on experience

Job Summary
We’re currently seeking a BCBA to take on a full-time, in-office role with structured weekday hours. If you’re passionate about providing hands-on clinical support and mentoring RBTs in a team-oriented environment, this position offers both stability and career growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and implement ABA-based programs
• Lead assessments and monitor outcomes
• Train, evaluate, and support behavioral staff
• Collaborate with families to ensure treatment consistency
• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance

• BCBA certification (active and in good standing)
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
• Experience developing behavior plans and leading teams
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Must be available on-site during weekday hours
