Schedule: Full-time, M–F 9AM–5PM
Pay Rate: $100,000–$120,000/year

Job Summary
We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a growing clinical team in Piedmont, CA. In this in-office role, you’ll deliver individualized ABA services, support client progress, and provide guidance to behavior technicians. This is an opportunity to focus on meaningful care without weekend or evening shifts.

Daily Duties

• Conduct behavioral assessments and write individualized plans
• Supervise and coach RBTs and clinical assistants
• Analyze data to guide plan revisions
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews
• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner

• BCBA certification (active and in good standing)
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
• Experience developing behavior plans and leading teams
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Must be available on-site during weekday hours
