  • Alliance Center

BCBA/Clinical Supervisor Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification and LBA license
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA

Preferred Skills for Clinical Supervisor/BCBA

  • Proficiency with Central Reach Clinical Management Software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of insurance/funder requirements for obtaining and maintaining medically necessary services
  • In-depth understanding of ABA therapy for early learners with autism
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for growing with an expanding company

BCBA/Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized case management for early learners during critical developmental stages
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Analyst Interns, fostering their development into skilled BCBAs
  • Support the training and professional growth of RBTs
  • Master or become proficient in Central Reach Clinical Management Software
  • Implement client-centered, function-based interventions to drive meaningful progress
  • Provide practical parent education and training to empower families
  • Lead by example, embodying the company’s mission, core values, privacy regulations, and BACB ethical code
