Job Description - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Ash & Harris Executive Search is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team of professionals committed to improving the lives of individuals through evidence-based behavioral interventions. In this pivotal role, the BCBA will develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges, particularly those on the autism spectrum. You will collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client's needs. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for applied behavior analysis, strong analytical skills, and the ability to train and mentor staff in best practices. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional assessments and develop personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on empirical data.
  • Implement and supervise ABA therapy programs within various settings, including schools and homes.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to staff and caregivers on effective behavior management strategies.
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support for clients and families.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress reports.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in applied behavior analysis methodologies.
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA therapy and developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and their families.
  • Ability to train and mentor staff in behavior analytic principles and procedures.
