We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who’s ready to lead with heart, mentor with purpose, and change lives with science.

Clinical Supervision & Strategy

  • Lead the charge with 25 hours a week of billable hours
  • Design and implement, data-driven treatment plans that meet each client right where they are.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments that shine light on every individual’s potential.
  • Monitor progress and make, evidence-based adjustments along the way.

Train, Coach, Inspire

  • Empower behavior technicians with hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing supervision.
  • Deliver fun, engaging in-service trainings and keep your team sharp and motivated.
  • Support clinical students and help grow the next generation of behavior analysts.

Lead with Compassion

  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and staff based on trust, respect, and a whole lot of heart.
  • Solve problems creatively and quickly when challenges pop up

Stay Sharp and Organized

  • Keep tabs on documentation, billing, and supervision reports.
  • Attend energizing team meetings, contribute to quality improvement, and help drive community outreach efforts.

What We’re Looking For

-You’re BACB-certified and state-credentialed (BCBA or BCaBA welcome!)
-You have a clear background check and a passion for working with kids
- You’re CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get there)
- You’re confident, compassionate, and communicate like a champ
- You can travel within the area and lift 50 lbs when needed
- You’re trained (or ready to be trained) in QBS de-escalation techniques
