Job Description - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: DeLand & Daytona Fl with paid mileage! 


What We Offer:   



  • $85,000 Salary, plus performance based yearly bonuses

    • $2,000 Sign-On Bonus as well paid out over 3 & 6 months of employment with us

Who Are We Looking For?  


Seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst for applied behavior analysis services and behavioral support in the DeLand & Daytona Beach K-12 school.

  • We are led by a team of Behavior Analysts that have over 25 years certified combined and who truly understand the significance of the work we do every day.

  • ABA services in our partner schools are delivered in a natural environment, with same age peers fostering meaningful progress and skill development for children with autism through real-life, everyday interactions.

  • Ongoing teacher collaboration and support for the classroom.

  • Observe and provide support to children who may not yet have a diagnosis, helping to identify and address behavioral challenges early on.


What You’ll Do:  



  • Assess and implement behavioral interventions for children, particularly those with ASD or other developmental challenges.

  • Provide training to RBTs and childcare staff.

  • Offer behavioral consultation within partner schools & collaborate with teachers to support students.

  • Conduct FBAs, develop BIPs.

  • Supervise students pursuing BCBA certification.

  • Maintain compliance with all Payor and ethical standards.

  • Mostly school based must be willing to provide some support in home and community to bridge the gap between school and home.


What You Bring to the Table:    



  • Certification & Education:  

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

    • Florida Medicaid Number.



  • Experience: 1+ year as a BCBA in a school setting.

  • Shift: 40 hour per week salaried position with a 30 hour per week billable requirement.
