We are passionate about what we do while remaining true to our defining core values of: Putting People First, Doing Our Best Together, Making Therapy Fun, and Above All, We grow potential!

Job Description

Position Type: Full-Time, (Flexible Scheduling Available)

Are you a BCBA looking for a collaborative, high-support environment where you can focus entirely on clinical excellence? At our clinic in The Woodlands, we eliminate the burnout of heavy administrative work so you can do what you do best: deliver life-changing, individualized care.

Why BCBAs Choose Us:

  • Dedicated Mentorship: Receive direct clinical support and professional development from experienced BCBA leadership.

  • Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates moving to the Magnolia/Greater Houston area.

Total Rewards & Benefits:

  • Work/Life Balance: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO), recognized paid holidays, plus a paid day off to celebrate your birthday!

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Company-Paid Life Insurance.

  • Financial Security: 401(k) with company match, Company-Paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and HSA/FSA options.

  • Professional Growth: Reimbursement for state licensure, individual CASP memberships, 3 flexible CEU days, and free internal CEU opportunities.

  • Clinic Culture: A vibrant, fun work environment featuring weekly spirit days, an Employee Recognition program, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

A Typical Day in the Clinic:

  • Clinical Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous growth.

  • Holistic Care: Facilitate a team-based approach to treatment, collaborating closely with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners.

  • Data-Driven Treatment: Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy and pivot plans in real-time.

  • Family & Staff Training: Conduct meaningful, high-impact parent training sessions and professional development for staff.

  • Crisis & Safety Management: Utilize strong crisis intervention skills to maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for all patients.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.

  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain).

  • A compassionate professional who values perspective-taking, clinical integrity, and teamwork.
