We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ABA therapy, culturally competent, and committed to delivering high-quality services to diverse populations. This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, training Behavior Technicians, collaborating with families and school staff, and monitoring client progress.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure treatment fidelity and generalization across environments.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation per agency and ethical standards.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training in both English and Spanish.
• Travel between home, school, and clinic settings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse families.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally.
• Previous experience in multiple service settings (home, school, and clinic) preferred.
